The platform is initiated and managed by the Club of Amsterdam. While the Club of Amsterdam endeavours to maintain secure and exclusive access to members only, it does not guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Club of Amsterdam undertakes reasonable efforts to ensure that the website remains restricted to members; however, it shall only be liable to a limited extent for any breaches, technical issues, or unauthorized access.
